Went for Lunch. My Mom loves coming here. Able to make a reservation for Lunch and got right in. Nice booth. Tara was our Server! She is an asset to your establishment. We will return and and request Tara!

There aren't a ton of high quality food options in Springfield so I was pleasantly surprised by my visit here. I was in town visiting family and we went here on a Sunday evening around 4pm. Service was stellar - he was on top of refills and we never had to ask for anything. Although the food took a bit of time to arrive, it wasn't bad enough to sour the experience. This suggests that the dishes are prepared freshly rather than reheated in a microwave, which is a good thing. I started with the Bella Milano salad. The dressing had a touch too much sweetness for my taste, but the salad itself was well-made - it had just the right amount of dressing without being overly soaked. You also get bread served with a side of olive oil, cheese, and seasonings in it. This was good - the bread tasted a little stale though. I ordered the pasta con broccoli. It was really good. It was lacking a little bit of salt which I went ahead and added, but the broccoli tasted fresh and not frozen. My table mates got the pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs. The pizza actually looked really good, I would try one of those next time. Everyone liked their meals and there was no complaints. The decor falls a bit short and gives off a dated vibe, but a simple revamp with some paint and minor upgrades could work wonders. Overall, this is a very solid spot and I'd recommend to anyone visiting Springfield.
